Costa Rica Exodus was designed by an award winning architect, Steve Bliss, with all the comforts of home in mind. Each unit features granite kitchen counters, stainless steel appliances, custom kitchen cabinets, custom interior doors, imported tile flooring, and beautifully upgraded bathrooms. These features were added with your comfort being our main concern.

Our Costa Rica Villas offer 2 upstairs bedrooms equipped with A/C and furnished with King and Queen size beds. There is one bathroom upstairs and another adjoining the great room downstairs. Each bath is equipped with soap, shampoo, fresh towels and hot water.

The great room has a granite island countertop distinguishing the kitchen from the living area, where you have a TV and DVD player. Each Villa's kitchen is fully loaded with all accessories for your cooking needs.

Our Costa Rican retreat rests on ~6 acres, surrounded by mature rain forest, seasonal streams and a seasonal pond at the rear of the property. The rancho and two swimming pools are located in the center of the 4 buildings, which are spread out and each have their own walkway to the rancho (see aerial photo---Link Here). The rancho offers a mini kitchen, BBQ and plenty of seats to relax in.

 

One of our friendly staff members will be on the property 24 hours a day to offer assistance in any way possible. There is a cell phone available on site to make any local calls while you are enjoying your stay at our Costa Rican Exodus.
