Meet the Owners of Costa Rica Exodus

Brad Webber and Michael Webb run W.W. Appraisals, a residential real estate appraisal firm, located in San Diego, California. They have been appraising the Southern California area for almost 8 years and have had the opportunity to see many building and construction styles. They decided to purchase 2 of the 16 villas designed by award winning architect, Steve Bliss, because of the unique design, style and quality of construction.
                       
Brad and Mike have visited numerous countries and after several trips to Costa Rica, they decided that the Manuel Antonio / Quepos area was the ideal place to own a small piece of paradise. Their intentions were to have a tropical paradise to retreat to when they needed a break from the hectic Southern California lifestyle and they wanted all the luxury amenities that they were accustomed to at home. They knew that the V.T. development was just the place for them. They are happy to share their Costa Rican Villas with travelers who are looking for the ideal place to retreat to that offers all the comforts of home.

While in Costa Rica Brad and Mike enjoy many of the activities that the Central Pacific region of Costa Rica has to offer. The V.T. development is centrally located to many of the activities that Costa Rica has to offer. Manuel Antonio/Quepos is known for its world class fishing, surfing, diving, beautiful beaches, dining and entertainment.
