Rental Rate Notes:
* Long Term Rates are negotiable.
Deposits:
* 50% of the total payment due at time of reservation.
* Remaining 50% due 30 days prior to arrival.
* $250.00 incidental deposit due 30 days prior to arrival.
* Payment options: Pay Pal, Money Order, Wire Transfer, Cashiers Check.
Refunds:
* 50% deposit is non-refundable. However, Costa Rica Exodus will credit the 50% deposit toward a different reservation date.
* $250.00 incidental deposit will be refunded after our property manager inspects the villa and any issues are resolved.
* If full payment has been received and reservation is cancelled, a 50% refund will be provided and the remaining 50% will be held but can be credited toward a different reservation date.
Policies:
* At time of reservation, guests are asked to provide a copy of passport or other valid photo ID, home address and telephone number(s), in case of emergency.
* Smoking is permitted outdoors only: balcony, terrace and common areas.
* Costa Rica Exodus collects an Incidental Deposit before arrival of $250.00 (fully refundable, if no incidentals occur).
* Costa Rica Exodus recommends that you keep your valuables in the built-in safe provided for your convenience. Always lock all sliding doors and windows, when leaving the premises.
* Parents: please supervise your children at all times.
* Costa Rica Exodus and/or V.T. Development does not assume any responsibility or liability for accidents or injuries that occur on the property.
